Pasadena City Hall Engagement Photography: Leo loves Ashley

It was in the halls of Bells Gardens High School that Leo and Ashley would first cross paths, but it would not be where their Love Story would begin. Leo was friends with Ashley’s older brother. He was a guy who was really good at soccer and he had girlfriend. To Leo, Ashley was just his little sister’s friend.

Their paths would cross again in the sauna at the LA Fitness Gym in Downey and then again a few days later as they both walked into the gym. Now Leo was no longer seeing a kid from school, but a beautiful young lady. He made his move and asked her out to an LA Kings Hockey Game. They would become devoted fans, falling in love, going to sports games, traveling, and eating.

Ashley and Leo’s first kiss would be 10,000 feet above the air. Leo had taken her on a helicopter night ride in Long Beach. There above the city, Ashley experienced the love that Leo already felt for her. This was romance on steroids.

Ashley was in love with a man who was kind, funny, and affectionate. He could make a whole room laugh and make even the quietest people get out of their shells. But Leo was also supportive. “He supports all my goals even though it is super time consuming and gets me cranky. Whenever I’m on deadlines or swamped with tasks, he goes above and beyond for me making my life so much easier. I never have to ask for help because he’s always by my side making sure I’m okay.”

Ashley was the woman Leo wanted by his side. She was smart, caring, and gorgeous. “She’s always there for me, even in the worst times. She never gives up on me. I love her so much for that.”

They talked about marriage a lot. The plan was to finish their five-year plan, but just as their love grew stronger their goal and ambitions also got bigger. They came to the conclusion that their goals would always keep changing, but in marriage, they would always grow together and could keep adding as many goals as they wanted forever.

It was Ashley’s 29th birthday week and the celebrating had begun. Leo took her to a beautiful resort in La Jolla called Torrey Pines. He had the room decorated with roses and presents. Ashley believed she had gotten all of her gifts, but on the day of her actual birthday, Leo had the ultimate surprise. At a surprise party, he planned with her family, Leo gave Ashley another box. Ashley believed she was opening a box with more jewelry. Instead, it was a beautiful engagement ring. Leo was on one knee asking her to be his forever. Ashley said, “Yes.” She was already his forever.

    Pasadena Engagement: Christian loves Yvette

She was the girl that hung out with the athletic crowd. He was more the silent artist. He would see her participate in soccer, cross country, and track. She just knew him as the guy with the Chivas Backpack. Christian felt that she was too cool to even really talk to her. It would not be until college when their paths would cross again.

Yvette now noticed the cute guy. (The Chivas Backpack was gone!) He soon became her best friend. She fell in love with his big heart. He was charming, kind, loving, loyal, thoughtful, humble and honest. He made her laugh with his random jokes.

Christian couldn’t help to love Yvette. She was humble, loyal and had a strong character. And he loved her butt! If he joked about a lot of things, he didn’t when it came to his love for her. He wanted her as his wife. He would give her a ring that he knew she would love and as beautiful as her. It was a Disney Ariel Ring. Yvette of course said, “Yes.”

Quinceañera Photography: Pasadena City Hall: Victoria

Rosa and Raul knew that they had to be the best versions of themselves, when they became parents to Victoria. They felt so much joy, as they held their sweet little baby girl. They didn’t give her a middle name, but they called her Victoria Sunshine because she came to light up their lives. She is the first granddaughter on both sides of the family and she is loved by everyone for her kind heart.

Victoria is a compassionate and intelligent. She has a soft spot for animals. Since she started crawling she was attracted to the puppies at her Abuelita’s house and would lay down with them.

She might be compassionate and caring, but she is also very determined. When she sets her goals, she accomplishes them. She isn’t afraid to try new things. Her parents know that she can do anything she sets her heart to and will go farther than they ever did.

Pasadena City Hall Engagement: Richard loves Delia

They met at work… even though they really didn’t work together. Delia kept snacks handy for him and Richard couldn’t resist them or her…. They ended up at the same Deli for lunch one day. Delia walked into to see him sitting there. He invited her to sit with him. Soon they were enjoying each other’s company and exchanging numbers.

It became clear to Richard that Delia was a beautiful, genuine, caring young woman who would always help her friends and family. For Delia, Richard was selfless, noble, her cheerleader and her calm.

Two amazing people who belong together are getting married!

        Pasadena Engagement/ Hugus Alley: S loves J

They probably passed each other in the college hall ways on the way to class. They might have studied feet away from each other in the library. They could have had a meal with their backs to each other in the dining room. They were there, but they never met. Destiny waited. It would be an App that would bring them together at the beginning of the Pandemic. It would take three months for them to meet.

The well planned out first date for Sushi didn’t go to well at first. There was a three hour wait, so they decided to go to another restaurant. Since they were in separate cars, they both drove to different places. J actually thought, she had been ditched when S called her. Suddenly, they were sitting, eating, laughing. The conversation just flowed. Neither wanted the date to end.

J would find S to be considerate, admirable, unparalleled and of course handsome. She knew S was the one when she saw that his respect and love for her was genuine. She saw how he treated everyone in their lives; her family, her friends, his family, and his friends. J had never met another person like him.

Since that first conversation, S could see that besides beautiful, J was also compassionate, caring, ambitious, smart, courageous, and strong. She was the woman that was constantly opening his mind to new ideas and concepts. She was not afraid to be competitive and challenged him to small debates, games and even tennis.

It would be during an anniversary trip to the Bahamas where S would propose to J. He planned a snorkeling tour of a famous and large aquarium with 100’s of fish, sharks, stingrays, and a manta ray named Hope. At the end of the tour, S got down on one knee and proposed. J was not expecting it. She of course said, “Yes, ” to the man she loved.
