Riverside Engagement: Fairmount Park: Game Lab: Donte loves Carissa

They don’t remember who liked who first on Match.com, but they do remember that they talked about surviving a zombie apocalypse on their first date. And that would pretty much sum them up as a couple…goofy, fun and loving.

Besides loving his big, goofy grin, Carissa loves Donte because he is determined, understanding, fun, and cute. “He makes me feel comfortable being my nerdy self and supports all the random hobbies I get in to. I can be a very anxious person, but he makes me feel confident and at ease.”

Donte was in love the moment Carissa said she was into video games. (That and she matched her beautiful profile picture.) He soon learned that she was empathetic, humble, and funny. “It’s not always easy to make me laugh, but she can manage to get a good chuckle out of me almost every day. But more importantly, she has humility and empathy, which I think are characteristics that much of humanity is lacking, and it’s part of what makes her an incredible human being.”

Donte proposed in the most original way ever!!! Donte did a striptease to Ginuwine’s “Pony.” He had the ring in his underwear. He wanted her to laugh and not cry. She said, “Yes!

Ivy Manor Temecula: Engagement Pictures: Drew loves Desirae

Their love story began at a wedding rehearsal, except it didn’t. Drew was captivated by Desirae. She was beautiful. Unfortunately, Desirae was in a relationship and blew off any small talk that Drew initiated. There would be many times after that wedding that they would find themselves in the same place with the same group of people. So many would tell Desiree how great Drew was and how she should give him a chance. Desirae continued to not be interested.

Love will wait. Love is patient, and it knows when two people belong together, there is no time expiration. So after 5 years, Desirae finally accepted to go out with Drew. It was the best date ever. They clicked. They felt safe, heard and loved. It was a very sentimental first date and they both cried happy tears. When Drew hugged her, he didn’t feel empty.

“Desirae is special to me because I can be vulnerable around her. I had my guard up my whole life. Being able to express myself with little or no judgment is the best thing ever for me. That’s why we connected. To top it off, she beautiful.”

Desirae had found a man who was patient and had given her a lot of grace. “He has been there for me, showing me what true unconditional love is.”

Drew was also funny and adventurous. With him, she got to travel, explore, and try new things.

It would be on Christmas Day when Drew would propose. All presents had been opened when Desirae’s mom handed her a red box. Desirae believed it was an expensive ornament she had seen a few weeks back, but it was from Kay Jewelers. She was suspicious but didn’t thing it was a ring, but it was. Her jaw dropped to the floor and he dropped on one knee. Desirae started crying in his arms.

‘He didn’t say anything I could feel his heart beating fast . We just held each other for minutes while I cried & my family kept yelling, ‘is it a yes?'” It was.

California Engagement Photography: Chino Hills Wetlands: Richard loves Angelica

It’s been almost 20 years since they swiped on each other’s profiles on Match.com. Angelica remembers Richard stepping out of his black Camaro. He looked incredibly handsome. They dined at Outback, but the date continued at Starbucks.

Angelica soon found out that besides being handsome, he was funny and kind. “He’s always checking up on me, making sure I am ok. He always compliments me on what I am wearing. He protects me. He always tells me he loves me. He always lets me be myself. The little things are the ones that matter the most. We are both such a good team together.”

Richard saw a beautiful woman who was also loving and caring. “There are lots of reasons she is so special, but I’d have to say her loyalty, commitment to me, her faith in me, and her unwavering protection of me. In my life, I have had a few heartbreaks…. She is the first one to stand right by my side to do whatever she can to protect from any further hurt. No questions asked.”

It is always the right time to ask the right person to marry you. So, on the last night of a trip to Greece where they had just celebrated a wedding, Richard asked Angelica to take a walk. There in Athens, under the moon, overseeing the Acropolis, Richard fell to one knee and asked Angelica to be his. She said, “Yes.”
