Beach Engagement Photography

Love began as awkward middle school glances. Each thought the other was cute, but teenage shyness kept them from pursuing anything else. They would go to different high schools, colleges and through it all the memory of the middle school crush stayed. It wasn’t until after college when love reunited them again. They were at a restaurant in Huntington Beach, each with a group of friends. The shy boy was now a strong man, and the timid girl was a beautiful woman, but they still recognized each other immediately, because love sees more than the physical.. it sees a soul. This time, Davis did not hesitate in ushering Haleigh away from the crowd. They talked, reconnected and after a few weeks of hanging out, Davis asked Haleigh to be his girlfriend.
Fast forward a few years. It was at the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival. After listening to a country concert, they walked through wineries. There, among the grapevines at sunset, Davis dropped to one knee and asked Haleigh to be his forever. She said, “Yes.” Love had always been more than a glimpse and a crush. It had been true.
