It’s been a decade since Daniel and Maria’s wedding! Their son drove himself to the session! Denise captured these and she made sure to recapture their favorite wedding photo. It’s also mine.

Sonya saw a picture of her roommate’s cousin and told her he was cute. A few months, passed and Juan saw a picture of his cousin and Sonya together. He thought Sonya was beautiful. Facebook messages were sent and their love story. This is another chapter.

The first time I met Monica, she hugged me. She was my assistant’s eldest daughter and I was dropping him off. It would be with her that I would plot to surprise her father with a family session. I got to see her take care of her younger sister and I knew that one day she would be a great mom. Her son is set to arrive on December 19, 2022, and even though her dad and I share the same name, if he is named Jesse, I will say it is for me!
This pregnancy is something Monica had prayed fo. She thought it would happen. It was scary when it did. She kept it a secret and didn’t tell Phillip, her husband for three days because she wanted to go to the doctors and make sure.
She wishes her baby is happy and healthy and loved. And her dreams and prayers is that he follows God and he’s a good person.
Monica is the ultimate I LOVE LUCY fan… we had to recreate one picture….

It was hot. 105 degrees to be exact. But these two could have gotten married in a rainstorm or a perfect 78 degree weather day with a blue sky and big fluffy white clouds and it would have been the same. Two people who destiny had brought together were married.
Their ceremony mixed the typical western events with the Persian. The sofreh aghd was done. S and J were seated and a Cloth of Unity was held over their heads. Sugar was rubbed over them, covering them in sweetness. They also fed each other honey, representing the continual love and sweetness they will have for each other throughout their marriage. It also makes for a sweet first kiss.
The most important picture that J wanted was under the beautiful Majestic Oak. It is over 250 years old. That Oak Tree has witnessed so much love and now yet another couple shared their first hours of husband and wife beneath its branches.

Nick already had already a beautiful girl in his life, and then he was blessed with two more. Stacie and Nick’s daughters are loving, protective, silly and happy like their daddy, but they have their mommy’s beautiful looks. It will soon be Aria’s First Birthday, so we started with a crown and a balloon before going into the botanical garden.
The Majestic Oak was where Stacy really wanted pictures taken. This Oak Tree is over 250 years old. Every time Stacie see it, it reminds her of family and generations of family memories. Stacie, Nick, Alanna and Aria made their memories that day under that tree.
