What makes a family? Is it a half brother who just returned safely from serving from Kuwait hugging his niece and nephew, laughing with the sister he hasn’t seen in three years? Is it a step father who still keeps a relationship with his step daughter even though he is no longer with her mother? How many  steps and halves does it take to make a whole? When is family defined? I believe family is defined by the love and devotion that any group of people have towards each other. Crystal’s family is exactly that… And how lucky am I? That Crystal’s daughter Roxy calls me Auntie Jessie.
