Veronica was looking for a tattoo artist and Jacob had been recommended. He was cute. She flirted. He kept it professional… but he noticed, admired and wished. A birthday party..just hanging out.. and finally a love letter from Jacob. Halloween was their first date. Fast forward to the top of Stratosphere in Las Vegas where Jacob proposed. Yes he had given Veronica a tattoo, but she had tattooed her love across his heart.
