James waited anxiously for the chapel doors to open. The girl he had fallen in love with on that first date was about to marry him. Valerie walked down that aisle as she had walked into his heart, smiling. There, in front of the gold-leaf altar of St. Francis of Assisi, James and Valerie promised to love each other forever.
Friends and family celebrated in the courtyard as they cheered and threw rose petals. Through the beautiful and historic corridors and timeless architecture of the Mission Inn, James, and Valerie enjoyed their first moments of husband and wife.
The celebration continued under the Mexican-style arches of Rancho Las Fuentes Encanto, where their family, friends, and mariachis waited to greet them.
They danced, toasted, laughed with their wedding party, and had their cake too. Sunset came and the lights of Rancho Las Fuentes lit up. The day was ending but their forever was just beginning.
