Western University Graduation: Dental School: Rahul and Misha

Rahul and Misha have graduated from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Patel and Dr. Ganda! These two friends met in school and now celebrate together their accomplishments. While Misha comes from a family of dentists, Rahul is the first in his family to become a doctor. (But he proudly states that his sister is a physical therapist.) They both feel passionate about helping people.

For both Misha and Rahul, it was important to take pictures with their families. Misha’s parents and husband have been her biggest cheerleaders. “This journey has been possible because of blessings of my parents and unwavering support of my husband. This milestone achievement is as much as thiers as it is mine. So when I look back years later to these photos it will be a testament to the journey that my husband, my parents and I have gone through.”

For Rahul, his parents, wife and son had to share in this milestone. “My wife and my parents are part of my journey and this graduation is their achievement. They are more excited than me. I want these pictures as a memory and a thank you to my wife and my parents. Also to my lucky charm Krishav. This is a meaningful achievement for all of us in the family.”

Pasadena Maternity Photography: Jeff and Jacky

November 9, 2022

After the classic symptoms, and some home tests, Jeff and Jacky decided to go to the doctor to be sure. The doctor confirmed they were going to be parents. They are due to have their baby on December 21st, 2022. It will be at delivery where they will find out if they are blessed with a little girl or a little boy. It doesn’t matter if they leave the hospital with a blue or pink blanket. They want a happy and healthy baby in their arms. They will give him or her all the opportunities life has to offer and maybe even a bit of spoiling. Most importantly, their dream is that their baby always feels loved, is cherished and is heard.

Jacky hopes he or she will be smart and outgoing like their dad and creative and empathetic like her. What an amazing combination. Jeff and Jacky hope to pass down what they have learned… that the most important things are always family and God. They are grateful for this very precious gift from God that will call…”Our son,” or “Our daughter.” (So Jessie starts with a J and it’s good for both a girl or a boy! Just saying. I can’t wait to meet you little one.)

Pasadena Wedding Photography: Elopement: Yovan loves Sonia

She was beautiful, popular and he believed she was out of his league, so Yovan admired her from a distance. They would graduate high school, he would become a firefighter and besides having the courage to fight fires, he would also sum up more and message her. He asked her out and to his surprise, she brought a friend to their first date. He was alright with that because she was there. Eventually he would have her on a date all to himself.

If Sonia put up barriers, it was because in reality she was an introvert. (This introvert gets that.) She soon saw that Yovan was passionate, kind and loving. Yovan now saw that besides beautiful, she was also supportive and loyal. He called her his, “Ride or Die Girl.”

As sure as wanting coffee in the morning, Yovan knew he wanted Sonia as his wife. So he combined the two. He picked up Starbucks, drove to her father’s house and proposed before traveling to the Bay Area to work. Sonia was shocked. She said, “Yes,” to the man she loved.

Pasadena Engagement/ Hugus Alley: S loves J

They probably passed each other in the college hall ways on the way to class. They might have studied feet away from each other in the library. They could have had a meal with their backs to each other in the dining room. They were there, but they never met. Destiny waited. It would be an App that would bring them together at the beginning of the Pandemic. It would take three months for them to meet.

The well planned out first date for Sushi didn’t go to well at first. There was a three hour wait, so they decided to go to another restaurant. Since they were in separate cars, they both drove to different places. J actually thought, she had been ditched when S called her. Suddenly, they were sitting, eating, laughing. The conversation just flowed. Neither wanted the date to end.

J would find S to be considerate, admirable, unparalleled and of course handsome. She knew S was the one when she saw that his respect and love for her was genuine. She saw how he treated everyone in their lives; her family, her friends, his family, and his friends. J had never met another person like him.

Since that first conversation, S could see that besides beautiful, J was also compassionate, caring, ambitious, smart, courageous, and strong. She was the woman that was constantly opening his mind to new ideas and concepts. She was not afraid to be competitive and challenged him to small debates, games and even tennis.

It would be during an anniversary trip to the Bahamas where S would propose to J. He planned a snorkeling tour of a famous and large aquarium with 100’s of fish, sharks, stingrays, and a manta ray named Hope. At the end of the tour, S got down on one knee and proposed. J was not expecting it. She of course said, “Yes, ” to the man she loved.
