Terranea Resort Family Session: Palos Verdes

Years ago, they met in Central America at a wedding. Terranea Resort is one of their favorite places to spend their time, from walking the beautiful trails along the beach to eating at Nelson’s. Whenever family comes to visit, this is the place they visit. It was here, of course, where they wanted to do their family photos.

Pointe Vicente Lighthouse Family Photography: Kadowaki

It’s been almost five years since John and Kellie’s Wedding. They are now parents to two beautiful kids. Cody is a music lover who had me singing acapella with him in between him running towards my camera. He is also analytical and loving. The sentence, “Mommy will be happy if you take some pictures,” got him thinking and out of his stroller. Audrey is opinionated and happy. She stares at Cody in wonder and loves to be in her daddy’s arms

Banquets by South End/ Torrance/ Karah and Michael

Karah and Michael were married during the pandemic in England. They were away from family and friends who would have loved to been there. So the wedding that would have been… was.

Karah designed her own dress and it was beautiful… elegant, vintage, yet modern. Her shoes were epic. They were boots made of lace and ribbon. Her bouquet matched the colors of a Victorian Painting.

Michael wore a dark blue suit, a burgundy shirt and tie, and a constant smile.

Karah walked up to him and he turned to see the girl who had captured his attention and his heart on a crowded dance floor. Their incredible love story had to have equal celebration and it had just begun. Their families and wedding party arrived surrounding them the highest energy and love.

Karah walked up a candle lit aisle. Before family and friends, they exchanged vows and rings they had made themselves. The Celtic tradition of Hand Fasting and the Jewish Tradition of Breaking Glass fit perfectly together as they did. Karah and Michael were married… again.

        Roessler Point Graduation Pictures

Victoria, Alyssa and Makaylee are cousins who are seniors. They are graduating from Burbank High School, West High School and Quartz Hills High. They are first cousins and even though they love each other, they are nothing alike. Makaylee is a free spirit with just a touch of rebel that is admired. She loves children and is caring and kind. She will be pursuing a career in nursing. Alyssa is a talented athlete. She is a softball player and is witty and respectful. She will be studying Communications at San Marcos Cal State University. Victoria is kind-hearted, yet has just the right amount of sass. She is a dog lover. She will be studying Sustainable Hospitality Management at Cal State University in Monterrey Bay. They are all beautiful. And just like many times, as they were growing up, their parents wanted a picture of the three together.
