Cal Poly Pomona Engagement: Michael loves Angelina

Michael and Angelina crossed paths in biology class during their sophomore year at Ontario High School. Michael couldn’t help but be captivated by Angelina’s enchanting eyes and beautiful smile. He smiled back, and a connection sparked between them. Little did they know that this encounter was the start of their story.

As fate would have it, they found themselves sharing more classes and even attending a memorable Sadie’s Hawkins Dance together. During this special event, they shared their first dance and kiss. However, after graduation, life took them on separate paths, leaving them to wonder about each other’s lives and what the future held.

But destiny works in mysterious ways, and with the help of a mutual friend, Michael and Angelina were brought back together five years later. This time, they reconnected as friends, spending time together and truly getting to know each other. Angelina quickly discovered that Michael possessed an incredible blend of kindness, humor, and loyalty. His ability to make her laugh and his selflessness in caring for others touched her heart.

Not only did Michael and Angelina share a love for Oldies Music, but Angelina also became Michael’s biggest cheerleader, constantly encouraging him to pursue his dreams and reminding him of his unlimited potential. With her unwavering support, Michael felt inspired to chase after their shared goals and aspirations.

And so, Michael knew he needed his best friend always by his side. He wanted her as his wife. In the very place they had spent countless hours together, Victoria Gardens, Michael would propose. Angelina’s mom had hired a photographer who asked to take their picture. It was then that Michael dropped to one knee. Angelina was shocked. Suddenly, they were surrounded by her family. Angelina was overwhelmed, but of course, she said “Yes” to the man she loved as those around them applauded and congratulated them on the beginning of the new chapter of their love story.

    Claremont Photographer: Miriam and Daughters

Miriam has three amazing daughters. Cassandra is a leader and a protector. She is also compassionate. Carolina is intelligent, kind, and persistent. Clarice is noble, caring, and an animal lover. The last time they took family pictures was 19 years ago. I am sure they were pretty little girls, but now they were beautiful young ladies standing beside their gorgeous mom.

Brooke continues to grow in front of my camera. She continues to be a kind, sweet kid, who is now a social butterfly!
This time Brooke had a friend with her…. Maples. Maples was given to Brooke by her Elf, “Cookie Twinketoes,” a year ago. Maples collects Christmas cheer in his barrel for Santa! She helps fill his heart every time she is kind. Maples and Brooke are inseparable. My assistant became good friends with Maples and got to hold him while Brooke took pictures with her mom and dad.

I asked Aaron to tell me why he loved Gyasmine. To put it in my own words would be a crime.

“The reason why I love Gyasmine is because she lights up my life. She brings happiness, and a sense of calm when the world is chaotic. She is a support and listening ear when I’m frustrated or need to vent. She Inspires me to reach greater heights while still holding me accountable to show the world the man that she sees. I love that she allows me to be the dreamer I am, reaching for the stars while she keeps me grounded feet firmly placed on the ground. I love that she prays for me. I love that she is passionate, and fights for justice. I love Gyasmine because she is driven. I love Gyasmine because she is a great mother to our two children: Blair and Austin and motherhood looks sooo good on her. I simply love Gyasmine for being who she is. She is my peace.”

Gyasmine answered with her own words: “I fell in love with Aaron for his unwavering kindness, commitment to God and his family, and his unbound love. He is my calm in my storm, the inappropriate joke in the midst of a bad day and the safest place I can ever reside in. I knew from day one that Aaron was going to be an incredible father and he has exceeded that beyond measure. It’s been an honor and such a beautiful adventure walking through life with Aaron. I cannot wait to make more memories with him and the kids.”

Chino Hills Wetlands Engagement: Rolando loves Isabel

They were awkward teenagers hanging out in the hallway before class. If anyone asked they were friends and they were, but both knew it could be more. They went on their first date to the movies, but their first kiss would be on the last day of junior year outside school.

Rolando would say that the first move was mutual, but Isabel knew it was her. He was nervous, but Isabel saw a guy who was quiet and seemed stoic on the outside and was actually hilarious, intelligent, and sweet. He was always supportive and encouraged Isabel to do what she wanted. He loved his family and her family and was always there when someone needed him.

Rolando knew that Isabel was the one for him. She was resilient, patient, and sincere. He proposed at the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. They had been there years ago. He invited family and friends because he wanted to share with everyone the most important question he could ask. There, overlooking the City of Los Angeles, Isabel said, “Yes,” to the man she loved.
