Corona del Mar Engagement- Robert and Dennise

Robert was hanging out with his friends when she came out of the house and immediately he wanted to meet her. His friend, her uncle, told him to stay away, but he knew she was special. Did not matter that another girl was making moves on him, he wanted to hang out with her. So behind the uncle’s back who is now the best man in this wedding, they exchanged pager numbers. Yup… pagers. Remember those? They sent each other messages, saw each other when they could and proved to their friends, families and the world that nothing could keep them apart.

Corona del Mar Family Photography- Luis Family

I really do love it when a bride and groom become my friends, but it is an amazing thing when their bridal party and guests also become part of your life. Gina was Lori’s bridesmaid… but even before I met Gina I was already making fun of her husband Jeremy at the rehearsal. He was using a Nikon camera!!!! Somehow, Jeremy got my sense of humor right away. He said, “I got this camera for him,” as he motioned to the adorable baby sleeping in the carrier beside him…his son Cole. (One of my most memorable memories from that wedding is the picture that I captured of Cole being held by his great grandfather.)
I was so happy when Gina told me she wanted family pictures. We waited until Cole could walk and he did! He chased sea gulls, ran in front of his parents, played with sand, put his feet in the ocean and watched a sunset.. and once again pulled at my heart.

And Cole being held by his great grandfather at his Aunt Lori’s Wedding! Generations of love in one picture… “A picture captures a moment in life a reason to remember holding the ones we love forever in a Story in Time.”

Lindsay and Tyler’s Engagement- Corona del Mar

They were friends, but there was always a connection. He lived next door to her best friend. (She will be the Maid of Honor.) They dated others, but that friendly smile or look always meant more. Lindsay knew he would kiss her. Tyler waited for that moment. It happened that night when they were left alone in the jacuzzi. And from now on… they will only kiss each other.
