Erick wanted it to be perfect. He was going to ask the girl he had met in middle school to marry him. He knew that Kimberly wanted to be proposed to on a cliff overlooking the ocean with a full moon. I sent him this wedding, for a possible location, but he explored and found his perfect spot a few miles down at Nicholas Canyon Beach.
His family decorated the cliff with Kimberly’s favorite flowers and candles and ran out of sight. Erick had told Kimberly that they were going to a restaurant to celebrate a birthday. His brother pretended to have a flat tire, and Erick and Kimberly had to go help him instead of going straight to the restaurant.
When they arrived, Kimberly loved the beach’s beauty and seclusion and literally told Erick, “I would love for you to propose here one day.” Erick asked her to take a walk on the sand. Kimberly kept joking, “Okay. I’m ready. Propose right now, “ but she actually had NO CLUE WHATSOEVER.
Erick began telling her how much he loved her. Suddenly, she saw the flowers. Her head was spinning a little. As Erick dropped to one knee, Kimberly was crying, consumed with love and gratefulness. Of course, she said, “Yes,” to the man she loved.
