Annie remembered taking his ID picture in college. Kevin told me that they were Donna and Eric from The 70’s Show. And then they grew up. Eric married, had a son and lost his wife His heart was still filled with love to give and so fate… destiny… okay, mutual friends on Facebook set them up. But the destiny thing sounds so much for romantic.
They got ready in their home. Annie walked out, touched Kevin’s shoulder and they both smiled and laughed as they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day. Kevin put his bride in his 1964 Ford Galaxie and away they went to The Assumption of the Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Father Mike Ume made them smile and laugh. As he said, he was positive that they had never kissed before. He actually was right…. not as husband and wife. Annie and Kevin were married.
