Stephanie told me about Jesse the first day she meant me. Through the years, I grew closer to both of them. Stephanie went from my assistant to my second photographer to starting her own business. Jesse who once also carried my bags, now also shot wedding alongside me. Many times, I imagined myself at their wedding. I was guest, making a speech and I was definitely holding a camera. I honestly never imagined myself officiating their wedding. I did. My talented assistant, Genevieve took over with my camera during the ceremony.
It rained, which meant good luck. Stephanie wore a beautiful red dress. Only the closest family and friends were there as Stephanie and Jesse vowed to love each other forever. They read their own vows. I pulled out a wand and they were married.
Then what I had imagined, came true. I took the camera away from Genevieve and took their wedding pictures!
