Brittney was thousands of miles away on another continent when Matt knocked on my door. His fiancé was a missionary in Africa and he was in charge of meeting the wedding vendors. In minutes, I knew why Brittney loved Matt. He was soft spoken, righteous and very much in love with her. He kept saying that Brittney was beautiful and kind and that he was so lucky to be marrying her. Their first kiss ever would be at their wedding.
The day of the wedding arrived. Brittney walked up the aisle and Matt moved by emotion cried. Soon a smile spread across his face as Brittney took his arm. In front of family and friends, they exchanged rings, took communion, and tied a rope. They vowed to love each other forever.
