Matthew lifted his eyes from the Bible he studied and looked at the pretty girl in their Pastor’s house. Brittney had been away for about a year and now she was there at the same Bible Study. Matthew knew he had to know Brittney better, so he would nervously come up to her in church to talk. He finally asked her out on a date and they went to the Rend Collective Concert at the Palmdale amphitheater. There, they had fun and they got to worship their King together. It would be a memory they would always love.
Soon they realized that they shared a love for each other and more importantly God. Brittney had her heart set on a man that would love the Lord with all his heart soul, mind and strength, and Matthew was that man. Matthew loved that Brittney loved Jesus, her laugh and that she did Missionary Work.
Matthew knew this was the woman he wanted by his side forever, so on March 17th, 2017, “On top of the World,” in Laguna Beach, Matthew asked Brittney to be his world. She said, “Yes.”
