There was a mutual attraction between the good-looking officer and the pretty cadet, but they both kept a professional distance. They knew they had seen each other before..they had already met. As it turned out, destiny had kept trying to introduce them years before in a movie theater and a restaurant where she worked. (Sounds like a movie right? Wait the good part is coming up.) Fast forward to New York City. Sandra was exhausted, hungry and very grouchy. She did not want to do any more site seeing, but Mark insisted. After what could only be called a temper tantrum, Sandra realized that the officer, who she had once thought out of her league, was proposing to her on top of the Empire State Building.
